Why should you be unbanned? I was falsely blacklisted for "swearing at staff" which i did not I did use foul language js not directed to anyone any why a blacklist? i spent money on this game and just got thrown under the bus

Please take a gander at the evidence and explain yourself as clearly taking accountability was too hard.

If you don't remember saying that or someone else gotten onto your account at the time YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBILE FOR WHOEVER ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AND OR COMPUTER OR LAPTOP. I expect when you are making a appeal please own up to your actions explain how you won't repeat these actions and again. And please look over our rules in the discord. To also answer your question you said it multiple times which is a ban not a mute.
