Give us an Incident Description: I had some dude in the back of my car, I said Hoodlum down, and called him a thug which was in my right to do so as he was a gang member. He then called me "obease!" which he mis-spelled it do to his immature actions. I said I was offended by his action. I also do think he offended the person on whom I was patrolling with and whom was in my car
