Give us an Incident Description: Rolled up on a scene that looked like 2 RCSO's team abusing, never got a clip of them team abusing, and don't fully know if they did. But it sounded like they allowed a civ (their friend) to shoot a RCSO who was on their property. Which caused the RCSO to come back and arrest the civ, don't really have it clipped - this is all just what i gathered from the conversations -. Then the RCSO cuffs the civ, (Tased then cuffed so not really cuff rush) which the SRU claims he did, pretty sure the SRU is also in that friend group, which is probably what caused him to want to set the guy free at all costs. But either way he shoots the RCSO to stop him from booking the civ, and then when he hears he might be banned for it; he decides to just end it with a bang or something. Shoots me and leaves immediately - Fastest rage quit I've seen myself -.
