Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I believe this ban is false. To explain how this ban is false I will explain what had happened to lead up to this, me and my friends were all arrested after a scene that was a shootout, we were being arrested by Gang Unit officers who know who we were, during this the Assistant Chief of the LAPD had walked into the booking room and my friend had made a threat towards him and one of the Gang Unit officers informed the Assistant Chief about the potentional dangers as seen in the evidence, In the video it seems like the Assistant Chief acknowledged the officer by having a Gang Unit officer seemly as his security detail as seen in the video as he calls the driver by his in-game name to get away then the same officer pulls up aiming his rifle at us, so the driver attempted to flee but failed and was boxed so we had all fled, the officers apparently did not pay much attention to me and I was unsure if my friends were being arrested so I went back to the scene looking for them and I had seen the Assistant Chief and some other officers including a Gang Unit so I had made sure to finish the job by killing our target and additional officers on scene, ALL seen in the evidence provided in the ban note & evidence attached to this appeal. Moving on to when I was put into the moderation area, the Lead Administrator (Assistant Chief) first stated that I was not apart of the scene at or nor that I was in the vehicle, he then proceeded to say that I need to have intent to roleplay then 60 seconds of interaction even though I was apart of that scene for over 60 seconds as seen in the evidence video, he then went on to say I needed intent to roleplay even though he knew that we were out to get him. In the end, I feel like the Lead Administrator did not take any time to properly review this and just wanted to ban me because I had shot him.
