Give us an Incident Description: Guy kept trying to either crash our cars, or just get into a pursuit. While I'm sitting with my mobile spike waiting on a pursuit to come to me, he ends up ramming me, spiking his car, and crashing mine. He RTAA's, then comes back after a little bit, then hits the RCSO again, I started laughing thinking he just sucked at driving. Pursuit starts, I locked in and tried spiking him, and he crashes (Pursuit lasted like 40 seconds). He RTAA's after running on foot. That's when I drive to Far Spawn, find him, immediately tase and cuff. He actually did not LTAA or anything, and accepted the arrest (Surprising).
What rules / offences did the player break: Reset To Avoid Arrest 2x
How long do you think the player be punished for: 3 day to - Perm ban
