And another question i didnt find CHP rules because a police officer insulted me and i didnt give gim permmisions to search my car but still he handcuffed me and seaeched it and i dont really know but do i have to give them my id or do i have to identify myself? Because i did a traffic stop on a mod and he said that he doesnt have to give me his id
