Hello, my name is awsomepilot234. I would like to appeal my ban due to an issue that occurred with my GPU, which caused a power surge in my house. Last night, while playing LAPD as a civilian, I shot someone; however, I intended to roleplay the situation. Unfortunately, my computer surged and shut down. I waited until this morning to turn it back on and wanted to inform an admin or staff member about what happened, as my actions were not meant to be seen as random deathmatching (RDM). Thank you for considering my appeal.

Little confused on your story, there is the clip.
What has the power surge have to do with the RDM.

Thats what im saying i had no mic audio and i left after i was tryna to come back and say sorry to him i thought it was from a scene earlier that day i didnt die though so it wasnt NLR i was trying to speak to him but as you see in clip you couldnt even hear my speaking or talking i was trying and after he died is when it crashed i have proof i was on that whole day

What I want to explain is that I was playing on that server all day, and my PC isn’t the best. I had just tried to overclock it 20-30 minutes before this incident occurred. I wasn’t experiencing any issues until I started to lag a little, which is normal. When the shooting happened, I was still lagging. After that, I had a blackout and had to wait until the morning to restart my PC. I intended to talk to a staff member about the situation today to explain my side so it wouldn’t escalate. I was never trying to RDM; you can ask anyone who has RP'd with me on the servers that MI owns.

MMy microphone is also not very good, but I was trying to ask him what area he claimed. When he walked away, I shot him because he was leaving. I usually don't roleplay as a civilian, so I mainly know the law enforcement guidelines better. I'm sorry about the incident, and I want to ensure it doesn't happen again. I understand that I can't just shoot someone and then leave, but that wasn't my intention. My mic was on, but I guess he might not have heard me, which doesn't make RDM acceptable, though.
