Give us an Incident Description: Kid stole a RCSO explorer, I saw him parked (No BOLO yet, so didn't know), and came up to see what was happening; Immediately shoots me. I go back (Because I didn't even get to try to rp with him, so looked like RDM to me), and he tries to play victim " Oh, I'm the hostage!" Cuffed him said he was being detained - Not Booked because I was going replay the clips to make sure it was RDM, because if it wasn't RDM, I would've likely let him go for me violating NLR. But before I can see if it was RDM, he starts calling me "*****" or "Your moms a *****", and then leaves.

I may have violated NLR, I'll keep a clip of that incase I did. Need this kid banned though.
