What game did the ban take place in?: Originally Victor Valley (I was not ingame when the ban happened.)

Why should you be unbanned?: Hi! I believe I should be unbanned because there was no evidence backed for my "DDOS" claim except logs which do not always prove anything since they can falsely accuse and get broken at times and also it has been long time since I got banned and otherwise my record is clean except my ban which I am trying to get removed. I would be more than grateful if somebody would back these claims with video evidence. I would also be glad if I could be released on One-Strike Policy. I have always enjoyed my time and wanted to make everyone feel enjoyed and cared in this community, I want to continue to support Mountain Interactive and their amazing experiences. Hello, back during VV days you did use an exploit to spam remotes. There were remotes in replicated storage that you triggered with an external tool.

Hello! I did not do anything that intended to exploit nor did I exploit. I can prove that right now from my PC that I do not own a external tool/software. I understand that and I take the responsibility if a software or a file conflicts with the game or roblox in general. I have never been affiliated in exploiting in general nor do I want to partake in it ever. I would be more than happy if we could get this sorted out and get on good terms.

No my issue is you have appealed in the past and your story changes every-time. Never once have you taken accountability. And yes you did use exploits back in Victor Valley days as this could have only been triggered by a 3rd party.

Hello! I apologize if the story has changed. It's been 2 years, but I'll still try to keep the main parts of the story. I strongly take accountability for my actions. What I do not take accountability is actions I have never taken. And no I have not exploited back in Victor Valley. I can and will apologize to the people who want to be apologized to for some of my actions I have taken in the past. I am just here to get this resolved in the best possible way.
