Why I Should Be Unbanned: Well I spoke with one of the Safety members and they said they would void it because I gave my end of the story and they released me to continue roleplaying. I've started a fraud claim with the bank for a refund on my subscription, now if I get unbanned I'll cancel it. Because I just bought that pass and two days later I'm banned, don't make sense to have it. But I did enjoy playing the game. I don't really see why I have to make an appeal or even why I was banned when an administrator voided the incident.

You have repeatedly stated your intent to file a fraudulent chargeback while acknowledging prior knowledge of the purchase. Deliberate misuse of financial systems, including knowingly disputing a legitimate transaction, constitutes chargeback abuse and is strictly prohibited under our platform policies.

2. Violations of Community Integrity

  • Attempts to circumvent our refund policy through fabricated claims and manipulation.

  • Contradictory statements regarding transaction ownership and intent, attempting to alter your story when confronted with inconsistencies.

  • Openly admitting to bypassing community policies by allowing unauthorized access to your account.

3. Threats & Bad Faith Engagement

Your communications have included:

  • Threats of legal action without legitimate grounds to coerce a refund.

  • Attempts to intimidate our support team by citing personal connections at your bank.

  • Disrespectful and dismissive behavior in direct violation of our platform’s Code of Conduct.

4. Breach of Account Security Responsibility

By your own admission, you failed to secure your payment details and account credentials, allowing another individual unauthorized access to make a purchase. As per our Account Holder Responsibility Clause, liability remains solely with the owner of the account and payment method.

Consequences of This Ban

  • Your access to all Mountain Interactive services is permanently revoked.

  • Any active or future disputes filed against our platform will be met with full evidence submission.

  • Chargeback abuse will result in reporting to fraud prevention databases and potential further action.
