What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, CA

Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned summer of '24 for alleged RDM by a moderator who did not use proper evidence, and was fired. I was on perris when this moderators friends jumped me, I responded by shooting them down, he jailed me and quickly permanently banned me for RDM x4, which was incorrect for 3 reasons, one, the evidence provided is not valid and doesn't not prove I committed an offfense according to MI user policy, two, this moderator was fired from MI in mid-decemberish for his own set of offenses, the ban he did on me was an emotional ban since he was upset I had shot his friends, and third, according to some moderator friends, RDM x4 constitutes a 1-4 day ban based on the moderators discretion, not a permanent ban.
