Ban Length: One Day / 24 Hours
What game did the ban take place in: Perris, CA

Why should you be unbanned: Hello, I've been banned for FRP. This is my first time being banned in general. I believe the exact reason I was reported for FRP was because I kept standing up after being tased. Another reason I think I got reported for was because I supposedly L tapped, which I did not. The officers had me detained which then let me free to go. Then I proceeded to run to a corner which then my game had CRASHED. I have someone who can vouch for me as we were in a discord call which then I told him what happened. Another thing, the reason I kept getting up after getting tased is because the officer already shot 3 taser cartages before he ACTUALLY hit me. IRL a LEO would not carry more than 3 taser cartages, if another officer tased me I would have roleplayed it out. Also, when I was knocked out in the car and then woke up, I was roleplaying I was just in shock from the crash. Another thing, I only got out of the vehicle the first time was to say something out of rp to the other officer

Roblox: Jeshdud Discord: Mimi4568 witness report: Hello, I was on scene when this took place. I was in a discord call with the person making this appeal . After he turned the corner he said his game crashed and then asked me to tell the officers what happened. I felt as if it did not matter as much as he was let go in the first place and walked away from the scene without handcuffs or being detained. No LEO on scene claimed he was being detained after he was let out of handcuffs
