So question with the one strike policy obviously if i break it within 30 days i get perm'd right. but what about after if i get hit w a rdm charger of sort will it be perm AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD?

Also I accept the one strike policy

You get perm banned for any violation within those 30 days, after the 30 days you're history is reset to 0 and all violations are the same if you just started playing and have a clean history.

SO I GET A CLEAN SLATE?!?!! all my bans wiped ?

Most probably but having a hard time figuring out how to remove them.
