Give us an Incident Description: Guy on roof shoots at LEO, runs into a black van with 2 federal agents (FBI or USMS). The Feds flee with the shooter, then when I stop them and ask for ID from the guy "In the LASD uniform" the Feds allow the civ to shoot me. They then heal him because he's their friend. The entire server then came to the scene to talk to them and know what happened.
As I was making this report, they started chasing my friend for no reason. Then when they start instigating for arresting my friend, they claim he threatens to shoot them. Then chased him all the way to BOA housing, after saying "You tryna throw hands?". They kept instigating, and eventually I had to go eat, I came back they were telling CaylusK2222 (My friend) to equip his gun and drop it. They then all aimed guns at him when he did what they said, then after a little bit of Caylus not having the gun out, they started shooting AT him, but NOT him. They then shot him with a shotgun and killed him. -Most of this is not on clip through video, but the VC was still there from all 6 people on scene.
This all would've been perfectly fine, if they were not on USMS or FBI. But they were basically bullying Caylus and when he tried leaving the situation they chased him. This is not okay, and I don't want Caylus to start thinking everyone in Perris suck, or are horrible people, because this is starting to happen a lot.

What rules / offences did the player break: Team abuse, FRP, Trolling/Bullying/Harrassment.
How long do you think the player be punished for: Permanant Bans for majority of them. I think 1 or 2 didn't really do much of anything, Bennyjt was who kinda started and organized everything -Basically the leader of the group.
Time of Occurrence: About 11:30 to 12:30 PM CST Additional members involved/witnessing: CaylusK2222
