Give us an Incident Description:
I saw him speeding in a sheriff explorer and decided to light him up for doing 140mph in a posted 80 northbound 215 from CHP we came to a stop then i walked up next to his door and ordered him out of the vehicle to arrest him for felony speeding then a civilian stopped Infront of my traffic stop in an ORANGE CHARGER RT the deputy claimed he couldn't see my text but the civ could see my text them we got to the point to where the civ was telling him what i said then i told the civ to tell him that he was under arrest for felony speeding then i cuffed him and he went and get in the civilian charger while cuffed and drove off with it and i later found out the deputy was wanted for murder of LEO on the radio after he fled my traffic stop
