Give us an Incident Description: He was in a car crash and he was driving and he had a passenger, they both roleplayed that they were unconscious/dead and I was going along with the roleplay until the driver decided to jump out of the car all of a sudden conscious and started running toward the s&k which is FRP. He was immoblised about 3-4 times and got up every single time which also counts as FRP for not roleplaying being stunned or unable to get up for atleast 5 seconds. He was then cuffed but let go by an Officer unknowingly. I chased him once again but he LTAA'ed
