Give us an Incident Description: 2 guys BOLOed for killing LEO. We find em, traffic stop to get them out, and they 3 of 2 RCSOs on scene after a shootout I got 1 from a distance. Went into the scene to clean up and clear it, guy was unconscious, cuffed him, he leaves immediately.
