Give us an Incident Description: First incident occured over the highway overpass. This incident isn't clipped. He was driving reckless and head-on collided with either myself or CHP, I stopped and he came and attempted to kill me point blank but failed, I fired back and sucessfully killed him, healed myself and continued to patrol. The offense you are about to witness via medal clip shows the same player attempting to cut me off while saying "Thats RDM" And attempts to perform the same maneuver and actually completes it. He is then fired upon by witnessing officers.
What rules / offences did the player break: Random Death Match, Possibly fail roleplay considering the user specifically targetted myself after an incident, NLR (Revenge Killing)
How long do you think the player be punished for: Depending on backround. After what is shown a 2 day ban is acceptable in my eyes to prevent this from happening again but this also should not be treated lightly and a warning. Anything ranging from a Class A-B Moderation.
