Give us an Incident Description: I was waiting to go through a light and make a left hand turn. When the time came around there was a sheriff on the other side that turned after I did. I noticed he turned his lights on after I went through the green. I pulled over for him and he told me that I ran a red light which I never did. After that he gave me a charge for speeding which wasn't anything he mentioned before (to be fair there are no charges for red lights but there are others that make more sense than speeding). In the video when he says, "I Seen the light", he is referring to me running the red light which I never did.
