I was sitting there minding my own business then my friend got arrested, so I proceeded to engage and start killing them all and then when I got finished, I killed her on accident in the clip and also the moderator was very, not understanding and also very pushy, not wanting to listen to my side of the story And just straight up banning me and not listening. The moderator basically being incorporative and not wanting to listen to the side of my story here is the clip.

That is the clip of him refusing to help or listen to my side of the story.

If you look at the clip she was LITERALLY walking Infront of the bullets you cannot see it fully because the clip is kind of bad not gonna lie it only shows who killed her she went in first person to try to get a better look at the scene. She is was in a cop outfit too.

Report Status: REJECTED

Dear @MSRX6 ,

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason:

You were banned for the right reason, as shown in the YouTube clip, which does not display any instance of the other player walking in front of you. Moving on to the RDM aspect, you should not immediately start "killing them all" without any prior interaction, as this results an RDM scenario regardless of whether they are wearing an LEO uniform.

We encourage you to reflect on our community guidelines to ensure a positive experience in the future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
The Volunteer Moderation Team
