Perm Ban Appeal

I was banned for Running from corrupt cops who were shooting at me, so I ran to sheriffs station and I hunkered down. They followed me and they were shooting me so I shot back. Next, I ran from the cops and I hunkered in a house until I was safe. In my defense I was trying to live.

I would also include giving me my Plat back, as I have payed for it with my own cash and I could'nt finish/use it as much since I have been banned fasley.
