Why should you be unbanned?: Hello. I was playing Perris, California. I was playing with my friend, fortnitepro69421. We were riding around together in a Toyota. He then got onto a police bike, as we are RP'ing as criminals, and then was riding around. I was right there and he crashed into the dennys. I was right there in the toyota right next to the intersection. He then started shooting, and then the cops started shooting. Since we are RP'ing, and we were criminal partners, I started to shoot, to defend my partner. And then the cops started to shoot at me. It was a shootout. I then started to run away and went towards the in-n-out. I stopped shooting at them when I did this, because I did not want to seem like I am RDM. I read the rules and I realized that after I started to run, this may not be considered RP anymore. So I stopped my fire and started to run. Then I got arrested by this cop which then he proceeded to shoot me and I died. Then about 2 minutes later, I got banned for RDM. I honestly have no idea why that would be considered RDM when that was a part of the RP. And I even stopped shooting for the cops to get me just because I did not want to framed for RDM. You can even ask fortntepro69421. And I believe the cop that shot me had a name of hhhhh something. Thank you so much for understanding and I do hope we can get this appealed. I honestly and genuinely put all my consideration in for not wanting to show that it was RDM and I did not want to commit any RDM, in which I really did not do. Thank you again.

At the time stamp of 0:09. You can see that i was on the left side of the toyota. Where I then moved into the intersection. When he fired, I started to fire as well to defend. What was not shown in this clip, is that since it was a shootout. The other cops started to fire at me too.

In the clip, I found the cop name that killed me as well. It is hhhh5361 for the roblox username. They were the ones that arrested me and then shot me after.
