just like the title says, Is having a personal hit on someone considered RDM? well I personally beleive its not if you can explain the reason so I just want it cleared up that having a personal hit on someone for reasons would be considered RDM? (in my case the reason is very very very reasonable) BTW IM NOT RUINING THE FAIR ROLEPLAYING OR NLR RULE THESE SITUATIONS HAPPENED OUSIDE OF DEATH. Just wanted to clear that up 😊 Thanks!

Hey! Very interesting question, and it depends. You cannot walk up to a user and shoot them for no reason; you must roleplay with the user for 60 seconds before you shoot them. In conclusion, yes, you cannot walk up and shoot a person without roleplay because you have a 'hit' - this would be considered RDM and consequences may apply.

Sincerely,

Ethan!
