My ban length is permanent.

The game the ban took place in was Perris California.

I should be unbanned because i was banned for no reason. All I did was say !help and I immediately get banned for AA. I don't know what I did wrong as I never have used alts on this game. AwsomeDude24209 has been my main on this game and no other accounts.
