Description Of the Incident: My gang member Baldz and I were Driving to gun store, the admin in question who not only abused his power, metagamed, and furthermore maliciously lied many times pulled my friend and gang member over while we went to the gun store not noticing, We then proceeded to get guns and was about to drive back down the road when i received a text saying that he was being pulled over by the Station, I then proceeded to pull up and we lied to the cops face stating we were bodyguards and one of us was a lawyer not trying to catch heat infront of a police station and de-escalate, Our homie was stupid and then tried to drive off but had to pull a U turn.
It was then when he was driving off that he told me with his window down after U turning with the cop in chase behind him that we should shoot the police officer, My understanding in terms of reasoning other than the fact id rather die before letting my boy catch another charge on some corrupt BS is as we are all with firearms with questionable legality and that if we were caught by him or if he had the chance to call for backup or werent quick about it so we can leave quickly after losing his tail by either killing him or breaking line of sight we would likely all be brought up on gang affiliation and weapons charges... With that and the fact that murder is not that many more years and also that i was the only one with a ski mask and adequate ability to protect my identity I was the only one who can realistically take the charge of killing this cop, I proceeded after checking we had 1 min already of interaction in a very quick succession of actions to shoot him, after shooting him I figured it would be done, we already had another staff member cody following us around and we were having a bit of OOC banter too, what then happened honestly ruined my afternoon and made me seriously question MI Staffs Selection Process.
Firestone proceeded to then make a scene by teleporting back obviously salty about dying, citing right off the bat that it was 'Cop Baiting'
and that somehow because of the Yellow line being passed by my friend earlier which initiated my traffic stop(Multiple times ive seen both cops and civilians crossing the yellow line on roads with no moderation or police arrests given)
He said my friend and fellow Fraud Disciple was 'Cop Baiting' and etc, he then throughout the argument with the other staff on scene as witness who can attest to it proceeded to unravel his own argument stating several contradictions as evidence which can all be found in chat logs if you think my evidence is not enough.
I think the clips can speak for themselves, I went and pressed him several times On what exactly I did that could be considered cop baiting, he just kept going silent and then cited what he already said about the yellow line, I DID NOT CROSS THE YELLOW LINE MY MEMBER IN THE CHARGER DID, which is crazy to me, what is crazier though is the clip he used to warn me shows him zooming out super far in third person metagaming as he had no way to have direct line of sight to see our cars to begin with when he initiated the chase, then further than that rule violation he abused his moderation powers, and cited me for a warn for something i did not do and lied several times to my face and others faces.
I THINK ALL OF US SHOULD HAVE OUR WARN'S REMOVED ON BRO GRAVE, AND THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
Committed Offenses: Metagaming, Abuse of Moderation Powers, Falsely Warning me and my friends, Lying and expecting me not to get upset and flipping my anger on us trying to guilt trip, still stupidly going ahead with his moderation abuse despite so many of us saying if he keeps escalating we will all file IA reports and despite the other moderator who was there seeing the whole thing calling him out on his lies and blatant wanton power trip.
Time of Occurrence: 3/2/25 around 10 PM right before I was about to sleep as I have work tomorrow screwing my sleeping schedule up.
