Give us an Incident Description: Attempted to stop user for a minor traffic violation. I was not in pursuit of the user I was just trying to ensure he could see my lights and hear my siren, user briefly continued to drive after my attempt to stop where him and his friends got out and lit my car up without cause.

What rules / offences did the player break: FRP, NITRP. GTA-D, RDM
How long do you think the player be punished for: Seemed blatant, but whatever staff decides.
