What Game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles

Why should you be unbanned: The incident and time that it took place in was in Los Angeles and during the time of My ban I was experiencing connection problems with my wifi provider. Any evidences needed such as conversation with my Wifi provider I can send through the Dms of the moderator in-charge. The reason that I think I was banned for RDM was due to I tested my gun if it would work whilst everything was frozen due to I did not realize that at that time I was already experiencing wifi connection problems.
