Give us an Incident Description: So an officer was talking to my friend and me to make sure we were ok and after we left the scene a random person/officer aka skidyboy999 killed me, I came back to report RK and then he RK’ed me once again, and killed another officer and tried to kill the primary officer that tried helping us but Mac11_l aka my friend killed him before he had to chance to.

What rules / offenses did the player break: RDM, FRP, and TK
