Hey, it's Malmebest. I'm writing this to you guys to be completely honest. The person you see in the clip is my friend. I've been playing with him a lot over the past week, mostly on FiveM. Yesterday, February 27th, we found out we were in the same server Perris, California (Roblox). We both play on the server a lot, and I’ve known him for a while now.
Today, when I joined Perris, California, he texted me in game and asked if I could help him. He had some cops around him and wanted me to act as his fake lawyer. I told him, "Sure, let me just spawn a car real quick, and I'll be there." I spawned my car and headed over. When I arrived, I saw a bunch of cops at the scene. I walked up to them and told them I was his lawyer, continuously asking why he was being detained or stopped by so many officers. They refused to answer me for some reason. In RP, they told me to leave or I’d be arrested for obstruction. They said it was a Code 5, but it didn’t really seem like one since my fake client wasn’t in cuffs.
At some point, I got hit by an RCSO baton for some reason (which isn’t clearly shown in the clip). After that, I went back to my car, recorded a bit, then returned, grabbed my LMG, and killed the cops to "save" my fake client.
Why Should I get Unbanned?
I truly thought everyone understood that I was roleplaying, but I now realize that some people saw it differently. I’m really sorry for what I did, and I want to fully apologize for my actions. I understand that what I did is highly against the rules at Mountain Interactive, and I take full responsibility.
I can promise this won’t happen again. This was the last time something like this will ever happen. I wasn’t fully aware at the time that pulling my gun was breaking the rules, but I know better now. I believe in second chances, and I hope you guys do too. If you give me another chance, I can pinky promise on my dog that I will never break the rules again.
I really want to be something in Mountain Interactive one day, maybe even part of the staff team, but I know with my record that’s unlikely. Still, I want to show that I can be better. I’m really sorry once again, and I hope this appeal reaches you well.
