What game did the ban take place in? Perris CA

Why should you be unbanned?: i was apparently banned for Tool Abuse, i did not abuse any tools at all, i got into a shootout with the police found a shield on a corpse and picked it up AS A CIV. i was not part of any LEO or EMS teams
