Why should you be unbanned?: I got banned permanent banned by a staff member because i shot and killed an US marshal that ran towards me after i shot around 5 cops that were chasing me and shooting me, the US marshal pulled up in the middle of the road when i was running after 15 seconds ago i shot at police, there was a cuffed guy near me, but he ran in a WAY diffrent side then i did, and the marshal still chose to run towards me so he was shot, i thought the marshal was gonna arrest me so thats why i shot him, i am still sorry for my actions, i understand this is strict roleplay and i am VERY sorry for my actions, i hope this mistake of mine can be fixed, i also understand this is my third offense, the staff member that banned me for rdm the 2nd time is being investigated since its kinda his fault for my ban, its a really long story, if you need it message Enforcer.

Details on my statement: After i shot like 5 cops (because of an previous roleplay interaction) and the officers had time to give both of our descriptions, so 15 seconds later i see a marshal pull up in the middle of the road, run towards me after i shot 5 cops i am feared to go to jail so i shot him to, of course this is no excuse to my actions, but please understand my pov.

I want to start by saying that I understand why I was banned, and I take full responsibility for what happened. I’m not here to argue or make excuses—I just want to explain my side of things and hopefully get a second chance.

During the situation, I had just shot multiple officers who were actively chasing and shooting at me. Before the shooting, those officers had already given out both my description and the description of another suspect since we were fleeing. About 15-25 seconds later, a U.S. Marshal pulled up in the middle of the road, got out, and started running toward me. At the time, from my POV, it looked like he was coming straight for me, which made me think he was about to arrest me—so I reacted and fired. However, after reviewing the clip, I can see that he initially turned toward a cuffed man near me, ran a bit in that direction, then changed course and came toward me.

I now realize that my assumption in the moment might have been wrong, and I fully understand why this was seen as RDM. That being said, I wasn’t trying to break the rules—I made a split-second decision based on what I thought was happening.

I want to make it clear that I’m not some troll just trying to ruin RP—I actually care about serious roleplay. I’m a whitelisted LAPD Po3, and I’ve put a lot of time into quality RP on the server. I know this is a strict RP community, and I completely respect that. I also realize this is my third offense, which makes things worse, but I just want to point out that my second ban is actually under IA investigation. I know I can’t disclose full details, but I can say that a staff member allowed me to act in that situation. If you need more details, you can reach out to "En4c3r1" aka "Enforcer."

I’m really sorry for this mistake, and I regret my actions. I never intended to break the rules or ruin anyone’s experience, and I’ll make sure to be more careful in the future. Even if a full unban isn’t possible, I’d really appreciate any kind of reduction in the punishment.
