LAPD Officer decide's to taze me when i had my gun out then cuffgrab me when i got up with my gun out.

Give us an Incident Description: i had my fists out near a police car and he decided to take out his tazer and chase me into an alleyway, in this alleyway i pulled out my gun and he tazed me, then i got up and i took out my gun and he just cuffgrabbed me

charges me with assault, assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a loaded firearm, and felon in possesion of a firearm when i legit have a permit and dident even use the gun nor did assault anybody

You 1st off, punched a car, second of all you tried to pull a gun which is ADW, 3rd of all he had is taser out already and couldnt reach for his gun so he shot the taser which is reslistic 4TH of all he also proceeded to cuff you but you decided to instantly jump and run after being Tased which in itself is FRP cause IRL if your tased your muscles would be sore.
