Why I Should Be Unbanned:
I am writing to appeal my ban after it was imposed on me while defending my property. I think there was a little confusion on how my situation was handled and would appreciate it if you look into this.
To clarify what happened, someone got inside my vehicle. I pointed my gun at them like anyone would do to defend their property and make them leave. A cop came over and shot me without any warning or interaction and they turned out they’re a mod. He RDMed (random death matching), as I never caused trouble. I was only defending myself and my property in the roleplay.
After this incident, when I returned to the area, I was banned for breaking the NLR - New Life Rule (NLR) but I was not trying to break anything. I followed the role-play (When I was alive) to the best of my understanding but he RDMed me. (After I died I came back to understand why he shot me for no reason ) I don’t think I did anything wrong or broke any rules in the game.
(Note: I was definitely was not roleplaying after i got RDM, And I was trying to understand why he shot me for no reason after I came back and in the clip i told the intruder multiple times to get out but he didn’t listen.)
