Most people think that when they black out they have died because they might not be familiar with the mopmed system. Also, even if somebody actually was killed it would show their username, but if you saw the player's username in leave logs on the top right of your screen then they would have left. And yea you can't really do much if the deputy doesn't have a good clip of it
