Why should you be unbanned?: So I was in a shootout with cops but then I got shot but not dead, I was revived but then cuffed I did not realize I had cuffs on as I was seated in the car but I saw I still had my guns naturually I shot the officer resulting in his death he did not report me tho. After his car despawned I started to walk away where then I encountered the marshal who I thought was going to come arrest me so I shot at him. That was my naturual reaction. I severely apologizes to those I have affected and will make sure to look over the rules more cleary and realize what I had done. This is one of the very few times I am on civ team
