Why should you be unbanned?: Answer.I told Crown victor when he arrested me that I was going to kill him, and he said ok. Then I called him and said I'm looking for him and then I remembered that u could call in the game so then I call him, and I said that I'm going to find him and then and kill him. Then he hung up the phone and I found him and I kept calling him when he was at a stop sign so then I called him a couple more times and then I text him I see u and then I texted HEADS UP! and then I shoot him in the head, and he died I don't think that's RDM when I rp with him when he arrested me, and I told him what I was going to do, and he knew what was coming.
