Description Of the Incident: I was driving normally and at this light he pulls up beside me on the sidewalk, and i go, and i see him behind me getting dragged cus he made a stupid descision, and because of desync that happened, and then this cop goes stops infront of me so i had to brake, and then he jailed me.

Committed Offenses: Jailing people for no reason.
