I (thesnailcrusher) was not present in the video that was tagged in the report. You can watch the entire video, I wasn't even mentioned at all. Not once was i in the video.

I see. Let me clear up the situation from my perspective however

So my friend who was new to the game got pulled over and he told me to come and I obviously went to the scene and I had VC (which was not captured). I was just standing around and asking the cop what happened. Mind you, I was on OSP.

When they were gonna arrest my friend, I decided to try to steal the police Durango. I guess that's where the Scene Interference is from.
So anyways, I failed to steal the car, and then the police pulled a gun on me. In my mind, I was liable to shoot them, as they had guns, not tasers. So I guess I pulled the gun and shot them. I had also shot someone else who I tried to heal but then I got shot by someone.

There's my perspective. I don't know if I will be unbanned but I ask that you guys consider the sentence to a 1 week or 1 month ban, maybe more, not permanent. That’s all I ask
Again, I understand I was on OSP but I value this community alot and I play Perris more than any other game. I don't care about my status as a Titanium donator either. I am not entitled. Treat me as you would anyone else

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: While I do understand your case against the RDM portion of the ban and I have to agree that the officer did pull a weapon first eliminating RDM, you did in fact interfere with an active scene that you were not originally apart of. By doing so, you therefore violated your previously issued OSP.
