I was banned for FRP, the incident happened when I was tackled by an officer but I didn't know they had cuffed me when I died, when I got up I had instantly had a shotgun out, therefore I could not tell if I was cuffed or not. I was then killed while doing so, I soon to find out that I was cuffed and I killed the officer while in cuffs just now, I apologize for my actions It was just a misunderstanding, and I know an apologies might not cut it but It's all I can say at this point.
