Give us an Incident Description: So, during all of the random chaos in the server i'm just sitting there in my Hellcat Redeye Challenger and he tries to shoot me once with a fully automatic weapon (he is a RCSO) but my car windshield was bulletproof so i didn't die. So, he then pulled out a shield and was looking at the chaos then with the shield walks into my car and then RDMS me for no reason.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM, FRP, NITRP
