Description Of the Incident: I was talking with CHP about a suspect that ran. So we were dispatching and all. Then we had an important conversation about the CAD tool. Until the rogue staff/rpd officer comes in and detains me and my CHP officer on duty. Then I asked why, and he tried to run. So I aimed a gun at him and told him to stop. Then he threatened me, that he was going to kill me.

Committed Offenses: Abusing powers on the RPD team with the hold button. Then threatening me on RPD duty. And then him LTAPING when I was talkin to him.

Time of Occurrence: 8:02 Am CDT
Additional members involved/witnessing: CHP officers, ( i dont know there names)
