Give us an Incident Description: I was responding to a panic button when I saw the suspect point what appeared to be a gun at me. I then drove off to take cover/concealment behind my car for safety. When more units showed up I saw him shooting at them which is when I fired a few shots downing him. I drove over to his body and started medical which is when I noticed his character disappeared.
What rules / offences did the player break: 14.) No Leave/Reset to Avoid Arrest (LTAA/RTAA)
