I was part of a scene in LA where a player was being arrested for battery, the player's friend was getting very close to the arrest so I had told him to back up multiple times. He reluctantly backed up, but then walked back extremely close to the arrest. At that point I arrested him for OBJ.
Aquo claimed he had watched the whole thing and saw me pepper spray him for recording. He then made up some stuff about how I can't tell him to back up since the parking lot is public property, I corrected him telling him it was private. He then went with that and said that only the property owner could decide if the obstructing player has to back up or not.

I've had prior interactions with Aquo before that lead me to believe he is a very poor moderator. He made me let the player go after he had obviously committed two crimes. He clearly does not understand much about criminal law, if anything at all.
