Give us an Incident Description: Im Just doing a routine patrol at Perris and you can see in the clips some guy doing breaking laws if we gonna describe he's doing Felony speeding , Dont using the goverment road and i will gonna stop him and then he stop's i will just reporting the traffic stop to dispatch but the guy doesnt want to talk i think (lol) he only try to kill everyone also i call a mod after that he's name was :xzrfrx. i send the all my clips and explained everything but mod says always there is no FRP or RDM i think this mod was friend with suspect also i want to get modareted this MI Moderator (xzrfrx.) After all Thirt time he tried to kill me its all in clips
