Give us an Incident Description: So, I'm just driving around, and I stop at a red light she comes up to my car saying whatever telling me to get out but i did not do anything. She is trying to OPEN my car door and I'm saying that my car door I LOCKED. She continues to open the car door and ends up TASING me while I'm in the car (She FRPed when she opened my car door) I then start to drive off because she was frping and she tased me for no reason I then stop the car not far away at the 7/11 as she then comes to me again saying get out of the car and then she CUFFS me while I'm inside the car for still no reason. She doesn't even have a cop car.
