I was in a 10-80 with a rouge RCSO for felony speeding and reckless driving. After I spiked her cruiser and another unit attached, she stole the RPD Cruiser and started to spike everyone, what caused an other 10-80. After I grappled her, she LTAA'd or RTAA'd.FRP of the RCSO.
