Give us an Incident Description: I was on a 10-11 when a police cruiser spiked my back tires, then they took off, spike someone else. I then respawned my car to go get the dudes user, and then they opened fire on me, which is where I got the guys user since it tells you who kills you.

What rules / offences did the player break: NITRP and FRP.

How long do you think the player be punished for: Someone else got perma banned for this, so perm ig.
