What game did the ban take place in?: Perris

Why should you be unbanned?: look down. (Holy Yapping of the yappingtons)

So, after my previous bans, this one has to be the most absurd. To appeal my other bans, they have mostly been about RDM. The reasoning for this, is that I get a lot of misinformation about people in the server when I ask something through radio, or just normally. Most of these RDM cases have been when I get killed by a person, NLR applies to me, I go out as normal, and then I encounter the same dude who killed me. Now, in some cases, I am the only USMS in the server, and my job is to take the active warrants, So when I spike his car, and he starts shooting me again, I shoot him, kill him, and he ends up reporting me to mod, and I get banned.

FRP: So to explain this part of the ban, it's usually more or less the CHP officers, or the RCSO. When I get pulled over by each of them, and ask them why they pulled me over, all they come up is with "Speeding" or "Reckless Driving" literally getting out of spawn and hitting a quick speed burst of 0.1 seconds. I of course, deny this claim, and all they literally do is Sir step out of the car. And when I refuse, they just report me for FRPing.

The second part of this is basically the laggy people. When I'm driving normally, a literal jet of a dodge charger comes flying and totalling my car while the "Gameplay Paused" UI is drowning my PC. And when I crash into other ppl, and it's bad, I get out of the car and they just start blasting me. Or if not then they just call mod for an odd reason, and then I get banned.

Note: Staff reading this, I bought titanium like 6 weeks ago and I get blasted for clocking my gun inside the car. Please make RCSO more moderated.

I also got falsely banned one time because I shot a mod in RCSO while he was raiding a house.
