Why should you be unbanned?: bro i just said i assaulted someone for the cops to deal with and then i get banned for v-tos what the heck do i even need to say anything else the staff doesnt know what assault is but it is hitting someone and i was talking in rp like why i get banned like i never evne done anything before i cant even get a one off or explanation on HOW that was against tos

I somewhat agree with what you said. Especially considering how "assault" is a charge you can give someone in game, and it could be committed in LA. So, the trust and safety member that banned you would technically be saying if "assault" were to be against V-TOS then LA and Perris would also be breaking V-TOS. However, I personally believe that you were just trying to make an unfunny edgy joke. If it were me, I wouldn't have banned you because you said "assault". You probably got banned since you included "12" in the sentence.
