Why should you be unbanned?: Because the guy which got shot in the clip is holding a gun out, in a stolen CHP Vehicle and he was armed with a gun out also. I saw him holding a gun out. He tried running me over also, and it got me into the car right, where I started opening fire on him since he held a gun out, ran people over, and stole a CHP vehicle.
